January passed in a bit of a blur, as I worked on new projects, and slowly made my workspace more habitable. I also moved my website to a new server, which means I am a bit behind on posting my 365 updates.

I have actually managed to take at least one photo every day, even if it is just a quick snapshot while I am working.

Project 365 - Squibble - 7

I can't believe January is almost over already! Blogging took a back seat this month as I have been in planning mode, and the move to the new server took a little bit longer than expected.

I am re-instating my link round-up blog posts, but will be posting them at the end of every month instead of once a week. This year I will be focussing more on personal projects, so expect more work-in-progress posts!

Squibble

Project 365

I came across Project 365 last year and have decided to try it for myself in 2015. The idea is that you take at least photo every single day, and then post it online. Here are the first few photos of 2015!

Pansy Painting - Week Two

Just a quick post showing the results of my watercolour efforts in class today! Today's session was two hours long, and I just started adding water to one of the petals of the pansy at the end of the session.

More Painting! In Watercolours!

The last couple of months have been a little crazy with the lead-up to the end of the year. I have been working hard to get everything sorted before the holidays!

As a result I haven't had much time to blog, but I have been continuing with painting classes at the The Secret Art Academy here in Wellington.

I am learning watercolour and am improving little by little. Here are some progress photos from my instagram account, I am starting out mostly with watercolour pencils.
